LMS - Learning Management System
A Learning Management System (LMS) is a software-based platform that facilitates the management, delivery, and measurement of an organization’s corporate e-learning programmes. The powerhouse of a complete learning technology solution, an LMS is a fundamental component of an effective learning strategy.
The selection of the best one for each institution depends on many factors, some of them refer to: ease of use, number of users / participants it allows, compatibility with other formats and services (videos, audios, youtube, etc.), the possibility to integrate networks and social tools to promote the exchange and sociability of the participants.
