Objetivos: 

General objective:

  • To provide comprehensive training to students by combining learning at the educational centre and at the enterprise.

Specific objectives:

  • To promote the connection between education and production sectors.
  • To take advantage of enterprises technologies.
  • To provide theoretical and practical training.
  • To promote a suitable entry of students into working life.
  • To project an enterprise.
Población objetivo: 

Students of the State School of Hidalgo.

Descripción: 

Students attend the first four semesters at school and then attend the fifth and sixth, alternatively, at school and at the enterprise.

At the enterprise, young people use their basic and extended occupational skills acquired in class. The guide teacher (from the enterprise) applies the learning plan agreed between the school and the enterprise and trains, guides and supervises tasks assigned to students. Finally, their tutor teacher (CONALEP) evaluates the performance of students together with the guide teacher and provides feedback to the school, including comments and remarks.
