First Congress on Innovation in Vocational Training: Best Practices in the Region
From January 23 to 25, 2024, the First Congress on Innovation in Vocational and Technical Training: Best Practices in the Region was held in Panama by INADEH.
Among the central themes of this Congress was dual training, as a structured learning modality that combines training at a center or school with practice and training at a workplace. To discuss this topic, Gonzalo Graña, a specialist from the Cinterfor team on these issues, was invited to participate. His lecture was titled: Dual Training and Educational Innovation. Myths, Realities, Opportunities.
