In the framework of the SENA-ILO/Cinterfor 2024 Agreement, a group of seven SENA instructors made a technical visit, focused on issues of digital economy, Industry 4.0 and virtual learning environments, to SENAC's facilities in the cities of Natal (Rio Grande do Norte) and Recife (Pernambuco), Brazil. This exchange, held from 18 to 22 November, aimed to explore the technological and educational innovations implemented by SENAC, thus strengthening international cooperation in vocational training.

At SENAC Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, on 18 and 19 November, the Edutech Programme and the Senac Labs programme focused on educational technologies were presented; innovative cases in the use of educational technologies were also presented, as well as the initiative of the Artificial Intelligence Technical Committee. On the 19th, a visit was made to see its facilities and educational practices.

In Recife, Pernambuco, on 21 November, a visit was organised to the ICT SENAC, where experiences were presented such as: the Digital Port to learn about advanced technology projects and the I.d.e.i.a.S incubator as well as the Laboratory of Connected Urban Objects (L.o.u.CO).

A visit to the Mediotec vocational training centre also took place. Finally, on 22 November, the SENAC Faculty was visited, where interdisciplinary projects - Industry 4.0 and digital economy - were exchanged.

This activity allowed the exchange of knowledge and the identification of good practices in technical, digital and technological training. SENA trainers had access to comprehensive information on innovative tools and approaches that can be adapted to Colombian contexts, promoting the quality and relevance of vocational training in strategic sectors.

The partnership between SENA, SENAC and ILO/Cinterfor reaffirms the commitment to work together to advance the digital and educational transformation in the region, strengthening capacities and promoting sustainable development.
