Bécate is an active employment policy that provides support and promotes favorable conditions for training, depending on labor market requirements. Its purpose is to facilitate the entry or permanence in a job or developing a self- productive activity.

General

To develop a strategy to increase the opportunities for labour insertion, in a job or self-employed of young people from low income families, who are struggling for economic and social integration, through training, education and work experience, based on an appropriate articulation between labour demand and supply of training.

Specific

To provide the necessary skills for inmates to reintegrate into society and contribute to it when they regain their freedom.

Generate opportunities for social inclusion and employment for young people through integrated actions that allow them to have the professional profile in which they would like to serve, finish their compulsory education, conduct training and practical experience in work environments, initiating a productive activity independently or get a job.

This report is the fourth in the series, with previous editions produced in 2004, 2006 and 2008. As in the previous reports, it incorporates the most recent labour market information available to explore the vulnerabilities of youth to unemployment and decent work deficits, showing where progress has or has not been made in absorbing the energy, talent and creativity of young people into the productive potential of the economy.

  • Construir capital humano y capacidad para la empleabilidad entre adolescentes de 13 a 18 años, no vinculados al trabajo formal y en riesgo de deserción escolar, que estuvieran fuera del sistema educativo, provenientes de ambientes de pobreza y privación, a través del acceso a servicios que apoyaran su desarrollo personal y educativo y que les ofreciera una inserción positiva en el mercado laboral.

El subsistema de la formación profesional para el empleo de España tiene el objetivo básico de universalizar el acceso de los trabajadores ocupados y desempleados y de las empresas a la formación. Este fomenta la participación de los trabajadores y trabajadoras en acciones formativas, para converger con los niveles de participación y de inversión en formación de la Unión Europea.

Ampliar as condições e as possibilidades para que o jovem seja capaz de construir o seu próprio destino, com capacidade para o exercício pleno da cidadania, sendo um trabalhador exemplar na área de comércio e serviços.

Promover la inserción de personas con deficiencia intelectual en el mundo del trabajo, por medio del Programa de Aprendizaje.
