Apoyar en la identificación, desarrollo e implementación de medidas que mejoren el acceso a un empleo decente de los jóvenes en condiciones de vulnerabilidad social de zonas urbanas y rurales, contribuyendo a prevenir los efectos negativos del fenómeno migratorio.
Mejorar la adecuación entre la oferta y la demanda laboral.
Crear y/o reforzar cooperativas y microempresas de los jóvenes en los municipios seleccionados.
Fortalecer las capacidades nacionales en materia de empleo y migración juvenil.
